"I have been nothing but impressed with State Farm insurance. I learned from my grandparents that insurance was necessary for so many reasons. So when I was 16 and just got a vehicle, a crappy vehicle I may add. I knew I needed to go with State Farm. My agent was so nice and explained everything about my policy in a way that I being 16 understood it. But he never treated me as just a young teenager. Last month I got into my very first accident. I hit a parked car 🤦🏻‍♀️ and broke my headlight. I know this is a small accident but I had never been in one before and didn’t know to expect. I called my agent and said I’ve had an accident and before I could say anything else she asked me if my family and I were alright. That was so gratifying to know that my agents office really did care. They helped me through the whole process of getting my vehicle fixed. It was quick and easy. I have been with State Farm now for 37 1/2 years. And I will never change insurance companies! I will always recommend State Farm!"

"I was a customer since I got my license at 16 and was denied to renew because of a claim I opened… I had been in a small bumper to bumper, so small I was unsure if I had even hit the car in front of me in traffic at first. The insurance ofc helped out to cover the tiny dent the truck had from my license plate and helped settle with the driver as they tried to sue me? Ridiculous and annoying sure but nothing beyond that happened and the claim was closed. Ofc my monthly went up as expected and we continued as normal. This was the first accident I had that I was at fault and so I called many times to make sure besides the adjusted rate everything else was ok. Flash forward to 4 months later I am told I am no longer wanted as a customer and that they would not be renewing for another 6 months. I was ofc upset as I loved State Farm which is why I stayed with them for YEARS. They said it was due to “too many claims” (as if that’s not what they are there for) and that I was welcomed back in 4 years. They left me to figure it out myself and without coverage. I absolutely hate them and don’t recommend them to anyone at all. THIS INSURANCE WILL TAKE UR MONEY BUT KICK YOU TO THE CURVE IF YOU EVER ACTUALLY USE THEIR SERVICES."

"I am really sorry Andrea. Unfortunately, we had you linked to your parents' account and they had also filed several claims. When State Farm looks at eligibility they look at the entire household and not just one person. However, I understand how frustrating it is to be loyal to a company for so long and then have them discontinue your insurance. I did talk with your mom several times to see if there was anything I could do to help you guys find a new insurance company, but she said that she had it under control. If you still need help securing your insurance with a different carrier please don't hesitate to call. I am happy to help in any way I can. The office phone number is 801-653-2500. "
